FUTURE STATE is a fashion line under E-volve Fashion Company Pte Ltd. This page forms the "Terms and Conditions" for shopping on futurestate.com.sg only. Please take some time to read these terms and conditions before placing any orders.
1. Eligibility
1.1) To place an order with us, you must be at least eighteen(18) years of age. If you are under eighteen(18), you may place an order with us only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Terms of Sale
2.1) By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to this terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
2.2) Please not that the prints and colours on the goods on the image provided online may differ from the actual product depending on the platform that you are viewing with.
3. Payment
3.1) All payments are to be made via the available options listed in the online store before orders can be confirm and process
3.2) In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user.
4. Delivery
4.1) There will be no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
4.2) For all deliveries in within Singapore, you will be expecting to receive the goods in 3 to 5 working days.
4.3) For all international deliveries, you will be expecting to receive the goods in within 21 days unless stated otherwise. You will be notify via email from our company online sales representative.
4.4) We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order and the time stated by us via email.
4.5) We will notify you via email if there is any changes to the schedule of delivery of goods.
5. Personal Data Protection
5.1) Please see our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Indemnity
6.1) You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless to E-volve Fashion Pte Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this site or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.
7. Governing Law
7.1) These Terms and Conditions are a Contract (and all non-Contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore Law. Both we and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English Language.
8. Variation
8.1) We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted online. However, continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
8.2) When you submit an order to the site, you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit the order by clicking the check box available next to the "Terms and Conditions" at the checkout page.
