Returns, Exchange and Refunds

We apologize if we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. Please email to us about it and we will get back to as soon as we can.

Please note that returns, exchanges and refunds are only allowed base on the conditions stated inside this policy.

1. We will only accept returns and exchanges on faulty or incorrect items. There will be no returns or exchanges for incorrect size ordered by you.

2. We do not accept returns and exchanges for any sales and promotion merchandise.

3. For all returns and exchanges, the merchandise has to be received by us in within 30 days from the date you receive it.

4. All merchandise purchase online will not be available for exchanges and returns at our retail outlets.

5. All exchanges subject to stock availabilities.

6. Please note that we will only proceed on if item has returned and received by our office at the stated returned period.

7. The following conditions of the returned merchandise must be met to be accepted,

a) merchandise are to be in their original packaging

b) tag intact,

c) unworn,

d) unwashed,

e) free of marks,

f) make-up stains,

g) smell of perfume or deodorant and

h) unaltered.

8. There will be no refund on payments unless the merchandise is out of stock.

9. All approve refunds will be refunded to you via the payment mode you have selected during the initial purchase.

10. When sending back to us, please include a copy of the email correspondence for the returns and exchanges and a copy of the invoice for our reference.

11. For overseas returns and exchanges, If your return and exchange is being accepted, shipping and handling charges must be payed by the customer.

12. All returns and exchanges are to be sent via postage mail to us.
